Role:

Assist and support HR manager in: Personnel administration and payroll, comp & ben analysis and reports,    Recruitment and selection, Travel booking and monitoring, Budget monitoring reports and Training monitoring

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Keep in touch with the provider of personnel administration and payroll services;
  • Ensure the preparation and signing of all documents for employment, modification, suspension of the individual labor contract and the drawing up and archiving of the personnel file for the employees of the bank;
  • Budget monitoring;
  • Prepares and validates, together with managers, the position evaluation (including salary grids), according to the compensation and benefits policy
  • Provide support for the preparation and posting the job advertisements, selection of CVs, organization of interviews; participate in interviews for no managerial position;
  • Provides support for business travel; transport and accommodation bookings; travel reports monitoring
  • Sends the application for obligatory courses by the employees and monitors the performance and promotion by their employees

Requirements:

 

  • At least 5 years of experience in the area of human resources, out of which 3 within banking industry it's a must
  • University degree
  • Personnel administration and payroll certificate
  • Knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, pp, outlook)
  • Perseverance

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level, both spoken and written language)
