  • Holds overall responsibility for assigned loss prevention programs and projects and supports line manager for the identification of drivers for the development of future loss prevention strategy
  • Is responsible and pro-actively drives the identification of vulnerabilities and criticalities in business divisions, conducting risk evaluations and analyses and developing conclusions to be integrated in the overall loss prevention strategy
  • Supports line manager in ensuring security programs efficiency, under consideration of department priorities, available resources and budgetary targets
  • Acts as trusted counselor in security matters to management and other relevant positions; applies the ability to analyze situation specific details while maintaining holistic overview in order to develop solution proposals in accordance with company's sustainability procedures and objective
  • Is responsible for the centralization of notifications received via confidential line and development of future loss prevention strategies and action plans based on analyses of aggregated information
  • Is responsible for capturing security incidents  lessons learned identifying trend lines and developing countermeasures
  • As project/ program owner, is responsible for monitoring plans and programs implementation progress, conducts audits and develops improvement initiatives
  • Is responsible for conducting appraisals of assigned vulnerabilities/ potential vulnerabilities and for developing appropriate measures for closing them, as well for ensuring proper case documentation
  • Conduct internal and external investigations as well as security screening activities with the purpose to identify and deter any loss generating behavior against the company.
  • Maintain, develop and implement all security programs related to travel security, executive protection and strategic threats.
  • Holds responsibility for maintaining liaison with relevant local and national authorities and appropriate representatives of military forces; represents the company’s interests and promotes its values and image towards third party stakeholders
  • Ensures the security plans policy and procedures are updated when changes occur or documents are outdated; conducts assessments of policies, procedures and guidelines and compares them to best practice models and industry developments in order to determine update necessities
  • Conducts training of staff in security strategies, protocols, and procedures, ensuring that national staff is fully included in appropriate training and security provisions; monitors training effectiveness and results
  • Provides support for the successful completion of security audits; applies professional expertise and communication skills to capture any relevant input and apply it in future similar situations
  • Identify potential threats to company's personnel, assets, operations and reputation by means of constant survey of media, socio-political-economic climate within communities where company operates;
  • Supports line manager in facilitating communication and driving increase in commitment to loss prevention principles in all business divisions

 Minimum Requirement: 

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Ideally, at least 10 years work experience in the security field
  • Further professional qualifications and certifications are an advantage
  • Project and program management certifications are an advantage
  • Strong leadership and excellent presentation skills
  • Persuasiveness, facilitation skills, ability to represent the company in external forums, highly developed emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
  • Proven ability to work on complex issues with minimal supervision
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Deep knowledge of operational and project security
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant national and international regulations
  • A strong understanding of relevant laws, codes and standards
  • Deep knowledge of project and program management standards and best practices
  • Profound knowledge of risk management
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the management and organizational structure
  • Advanced English spoken and written communication skills required
