Descrierea postului:
Responsibilities:

- Managing a portfolio of clients with different objects of activity

- Ensuring timely and correct the verification / analyse of the returns to the requirements of Romanian legislation

- Ensure the timely filing in the tax authority office

- Verify / analyse the year-end balance sheet

- Visits / meetings with the Fiscal Authorities and/or other bodies

- Ensure of a timely preparation of the official letters and opinions according to the Romanian legislation
- Supervising a staff of accountants and oversee daily accounting operation and issues; planning, assigning and directing work

- Providing customers services, liaise with clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Analyzing financial transaction to determine the accuracy and conformance to established policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting standards.

- Verifying accuracy of data processing for accounting information

- Compiling and analyse financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual records.

- Ensuring financial records and maintaining in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

- Ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met

- Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities

- Scheduling, verifying and submitting financial statements on a timely basis.

- P&L analysis – ensure accurate and appropriate

- Supervise and organize bookkeeping activities, check and analyse trial balances, ensure timely and correct month end closing

- prepare or co-ordinate monthly and quarterly group reports and other various reports for allocated clients, in various formats; 

- perform various analysis on different accounting areas, upon client’s requests; provide advice and assistance

- represent clients in front of the Romanian Tax Authorities

- Set-up and implement accounting procedures for the clients

- maintain continuous communication with clients,

- supervise activities of the junior and senior accountants

- Supervision bookkeeping activity (journals and ledger entries, bank statements, inventories, fixed assets depreciation, expenses, tax income and VAT refund);

- Verify financial recording accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards, procedures and internal and external controls

- Constantly updating on the legislation and changes

- Initiative, creative, brings new ideas and planning,

- Able to provide solutions to various issues and tasks

- Able to implement and follow procedures strategies, internal polices

Cerinte:
Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree in Economics;

•  Member of Romanian professional bodies

 • Working experience: +5 years experience in accounting/supervising;

•  English is a must;• Greek is a plus; • French is a plus; •  Italian is a plus;

•Very good computer literacy (MS Office application);

• Team player;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Customer service orientation;
