Lead cross-functional projects with focus on: development, implementation and tracking the commercial and marketing plan in order to meet SME segment targets.

Serve as interface in order to define segment targets in line with the market potential, sales channel capabilities and company ambitions. Contribute to the periodical segment forecast target setting exercises.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement value proposition and specific marketing campaigns for SME segment
  • Develop, implement and track commercial and marketing plan consisting of initiatives with impact in up-sell/ cross-sell in order to meet segment targets
  • Translate the segment strategy into channel mix and channel development plan
  • Work with key stakeholders in order to develop the necessary channels, achieve the best customer experience and reach business targets
  • Continuous tracking of the competition landscapes and contribute to the competitive analysis on a specific market
  • Provide input regarding segment needs to the Product Management team
  • Work closely with relevant teams to execute the go to market plan
  • Generate customer insights regarding the SMEustomers throughthe interaction withales channels
  • Develop and deliver sales tools such as: commissioning structure, incentive programs, marketing differentiation in order to drive channel actions towards achieving segment objectives
  • Contribute to the SME strategy including, but not limited to customer treatment and experience, customer base development through retention and acquisition, offering, financial aspects, regional focus


  • MS Office knowledge
  • Presentation skills
  • English language – conversational
  • University degree
