The Customer Service Experience team is responsible for the business architecture and design of the external and internal customer support experience that includes processes, systems and program implementation. Within the Customer Service Experience organization, the Security Team is committed to ensuring security policies and guidelines, defined by Global Customer Support Information Security Managers and Global Information Security, are implemented, enforced, and adhered to throughout Global Customer Support.

We are seeking a business analyst who will work on the Security Team to ensure and enforce compliance with defined access controls by regularly auditing privileges granted and access performed. 

You need to be highly motivated and self-driven with a good combination of planning, documentation and communication skills. You enjoy working in a global team with various seniority levels to support our objective of keeping our system, tools and data security aligned. 

As a Security team member, you will be responsible for:

  • Access Management. Ensuring requests are documented, understood and brought to management attention if necessary.
  • Compliance documentation and enforcement. Ensure employees understand the guidelines of the security policies, and issues are appropriately enforced and escalated as necessary.
  • Security Certified Group (SCG).  Ensure Security Service Request (SRs) process is managed and SRs are properly actioned.  Act as a Point of Contact for Security SR.  
  • HIPAA Audit. Assist and provide documentation for the request for information for the audit.
  • Oracle Software Security Assurance (OSSA). Act as a point of contact to the Corporate program and ensure Global Customer Service program is kept up to date.
  • Develops an in-depth understanding of the business processes, assets, facilities, responsibilities, regulatory requirements and interdependencies of the organization.
  • Performs regular reviews and updates to all program materials to ensure that the quality and accuracy of all program documentation is maintained.
  • Performs continuous monitoring of program activities to identify areas of opportunity for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Preparing and participate in internal and external audits
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience:

  • BA/BS in Physical Security, Business Continuity, Information Technology or related field. (Required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management. (Required).
  • Professional certification (CISSP, CISM) (Preferred).
  • Knowledge of risk management disciplines, including information security risk, information technology risk, vendor risk, and operational risk.
  • Adaptable, innovative and detail oriented. Disciplined to solve complex problems, with the ability to resolve issues and drive solutions that create win-win situations.
  • Analyzing and reporting of security incidents and performing root cause analysis to proactively reduce incidents moving forward
  • Preparing and participate in internal and external audits
  • Profile should be a team player and able to quickly establish comfortable and effective working relationships.
