The main responsibilities of the position refers to:

• Global scope of SBS tools administration throughout the entire applications lifecycle: Purchase to Pay tools, e-sourcing tools, SBS ERPs, etc.

• Acts as Level 2 support for the tools admin (investigates system and application errors, global users management, catalogue implementations, export maps review and accuracy checks, interacts with technical support/IS personnel to report problems related to the usage of applications etc.)

• Administrates the SBS tools and contributes to their evolution (adaptation of the tools to the processes up-dates - ex: new fields, new work-flows etc.) 

• Animates the key users network of the different tools 

• Performs reporting activities related to the tools – usage/tickets/bugs etc. and actively contributes to audits deployment

• Ensures the framework and deployment of new projects with impact on SBS tools

• Drafts and updates project & tools documentation, procedures, test plans and training documents

• Trains users on SBS tools usage

• Education:  

• Graduate in Economy/ Technical/ IT specializations 

• Experience & knowledge:  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IS and/ or Procurement Applications maintenance 

• Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, CSV files, SAP, BW, Business Object, SaaS solutions

• High affinity to Procurement, Controlling and IT tools

• Good understanding of Procurement processes 

• Project management skills and knowledge 

• Autonomous, capable to work transversally

• Customer service abilities and knowledge 

• Good communication skills 

• English - Business fluent in speaking and writing
