Sanofi Business Services (SBS) Procurement Excellence Analyst

SBS Procurement Excellence is a central department within SBS Procurement Center of Expertise, having in scope, at a global level, the management of strategic procurement working methodologies and related tools, procurement related risk topics, people development & internal communication within procurement etc.

The main responsibilities of the position refers to:


• Data collection and consolidation

• Data crunching activities

• Documents and materials archiving

• Projects` budget & deployment tracking 

• KPI reporting

• First level of support for the digital platforms used - both technical and functional 

• Management of the distribution list and communication dispatch to the network 

• Procurement digital events hosting 

• Digital platforms maintenance (e-rooms, SharePoint etc.)

• Trainings to the users of the different digital platforms used


CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 • Education:  

- University degree relevant for the activity


• Experience & knowledge:  

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Project Management/ assistant of a senior executive 

- Working experience in a Services Center can be an advantage 

- Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Officeo Appetite for IT tools/ applications, e-rooms, experience in web site design is appreciated 

- Good understanding of Procurement processes 

- Project management skills and knowledge 

- Autonomous, capable to work transversallyo Customer service abilities and knowledge 

- Good communication skills 

- English - Business fluent in speaking and writing
