We are looking for communicative and fast learning SAP L2 Support Specialists for our customer’s team. You will be working in a diverse problem solving team that will be offering support for: Banking applications, Customer & sales workplaces and CRM applications based on SAP.

Interested? If yes, you should know that your role will involve:

  • Using HP Business Service Manager in order to analyze tickets;
  • Developing solutions and keeping in touch with the 3rd/4th level support in regards to issues, incidents or service requests;
  • Dealing with batch files, UC4 job control scripts and database content by using Monitoring tools, SAP tools and other 3rd party tools.

We would like to get to know you and talk about your experience with the following:

  • ABAP from Rel. 7. x upwards;
  • Oracle-SQL based on Oracle V11. x and/or Oracle V12. x ;
  • Development skills – don’t worry if you don’t have any, we can talk about how you can develop them.
