The SAP ABAP Consultant will act as 2nd Level Support Team member, involved in solving the programming related issues/bugs escalated by client’s 1st Level Support team.
Meanwhile he/she will support SAP functional consultants in finding the fastest solution to incidents.
The ABAP Consultant will be part of the team that will implement the minor changes or change requests approved by the customer, necessary to accommodate the business environment changes to actual SAP landscape.
This role uses consulting skills, team and customer oriented attitude, SAP solution expertise to provide efficient support and integrate SAP technology into the client’s complex business environment, in order to achieve client expected business results.
Required Job Role Skill Set
• At least 3 years of SAP ABAP experience, including User-exits, Idocs and interfaces, SmartForms, Workflow, BAPIs and RFCs.
• English: Fluent
• Bachelor's Degree
• Customer management experience and concern, excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Exposure to SAP IS-Oil & Gas environment
