Main objective:

  • To carry out tasks that support the sales requirements by offering solution 24/7, for customers special needs by Same Day service

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the whole chain of processes  related to Same Day transport from preparation  to final delivery, including customs clearance procedures.
  • Actively communicates with sales representatives regarding special demands of their customers.
  • Maintains permanent contact with 3rd parties to ensure that required service is according to        customer’ s needs.
  • Is responsible with cost accounting and creating a detailed file of each transport for Finance department.

Requirements:

  • Very good DHL services knowledge
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Planning and Organizing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
  • Very good in English and Romanian language writing
  • Analytical thinking
  • Clean driving license
