Role Summary: The Sales Enablement Analyst is the key interface between business and the Salesforce platform, with a focus on providing ongoing administrative support, implementing new system features, and supporting the overall implementation & release management cycle in Salesforce.
As a Sales Enablement Analyst your focus will be upon:
System administration and user support - manage incoming case queues and adhere to SLAs, handling support related queries from internal customers.
System support for the users
Territory alignment in
Reporting & Data analytics
System Development - support or own system enhancements projects.
