For our Romanian branch located near Bucharest, we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, career-focused and motivated person in order the support our sales team.
Primary responsibility of the Sales Support Specialist is to provide back office support for the sales team and to maintain communication with the HQ and other branches of the company.
If you have:
Excellent English and at least basic German level
Bachelor degree in a technical related field or an equivalent and relevant combination of education & experience.
Minimum 1-2 years related work experience in a Back Office or Technical Support environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in a multinational environment.
Strong problem solving skills – ability to quickly and correctly assess the impact, complexity and urgency of questions/tasks received from the sales team.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Able to drive the activities necessary to bring tasks to conclusion.
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently as well as in a team.
Efficient time management (timely resolution is of high importance).
Then your responsibilities are:
Provide pre- and post sales assistance for the sales team and customers.
Creating / verifying offers, including technical specifications
Organizing the transport, obtaining RAR certification and delivery of the vehicles to the customers.
Build relationships with customer base and become knowledgeable about the customer’s needs. Keep the sales team and customers updated on the status of the activities.
Create, track and monitor CRM records for all incoming support requests.
Maintain and extend product knowledge by self-study and by attending relevant training sessions.
