SALUS Controls has an opening position for Sales Support Officer for German Market

You will be based in the Romanian Office and your main responsibility will be to search through an existing database and to identify potential projects for the German Sales team with the goal of increasing company sales in the construction area. The existing database delivers important information about upcoming building / construction projects and the companies involved in such projects.

Main duties / responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Analyze upcoming and existing construction projects
  • Providing data and details about potential construction projects to the sales team
  • Create reports and constantly provide status updates of construction projects
  • Focused target orientated phone calls and follow up with sales team
  • Documentation of calls and their outcome
  • Regular reporting to the German Sales Director
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Other information:

  • Full time working hours: 40 hours per week
  • You will do regular video conferences with the Sales Director.
  • Trips to Germany may happen if necessary

All candidates must have / be:

  • Fluent German & English speaking and writing
  • Good communication skills
  • Well organized
  • To be used to work autonomously
  • Flexible and able to prioritize
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel and MS Office)
  • Able to work in a team
  • Experience with databases a plus
