NATURE OF ACTIVITY: Sales Support Officer for our Sales Team, helping them in reaching their targets!
When we say responsibilities, we're thinking of:
* daily communication with our sales representatives for drafting tenders and taking orders;
* knowing in detail the entire product portfolio – we'll help you learn them during the induction period😉;
*checking and launching the orders to suppliers and regular follow -up untill the reception of the products;
*weekly activity report on sales;
*planning and organizing with the Logistics department.
-Higher education completed or under completion;
-English language written and spoken – advanced level;
-Minimum 6 months experience in Sales support/Customer Service/Back-office constitutes an advantage;
-Good knowledge in the following programs: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Strategic person, with analytical thinking, coordination skills and a positive attitude!
