Purpose:

The Big Machines Order Administrator acts in the context of the order process and provides proactively and efficiently support to the sales community, transition managers and service delivery managers..

Scope:

The Big Machines Order Administrator manages all activities from the order reception, through the data entry to create the quote into the system and ends by promoting the approved quote to Customer Admin for validation and for data integration into eSAP

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving of the request for order from the sales, transition manager or service delivery manager.
  • Data entry into the Big Machines system and the quote creation from the data provided by sales, TM, SDM using the completed template by Sales, TM, SDM.
  • Summary generation in Big Machines system and verifying of the quote completeness and accuracy.
  • Promoting and challenging the approval process with concerned business units, follow up of the workflow steps and eventually completing the quotation following the advices obtained from the approving steps and with the complementary information provided by Sales, TM or SDM.
  • Promoting the quote to the validation by CA with all required items in Big Machines system.
  • Communicating the quote status through the workflow steps to sales, TM or SDM.
  • Keeping up to date the activity tracker and internal documents specific to the activity
  • Having weekly and monthly team meetings.
  • Offer back up to the Sales Support team and training for the new entrants.
