The candidate should be:

  • Prior experience in utilization of computer programs such as MS outlook and MS office
  • Excellent level of English is a plus
  • Product knowledge and industry experience would be a plus
  • Clean driving license
  • Technology savvy would be a plus

Job details:

  • Follows the sales strategy and initiates sales activities to meet targets
  • Ensures a smooth sales process, which includes initiating new sales leads, "cold calling" for new clients, visiting new or existing clients in the field, daily reports, weekly work reports.
  • Presents, promotes and sells products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Manages customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Prospects the market: researching and contacting for new potential customers
  • “Gets the sale” using various customer sales methods and closing the sale
  • Meets sales targets
  • Maintains contact with customers before and after a sale
  • Generates his own structure of facilitators & end consumer sellers and coordinating them, as well as collaborators
  • Ensures a repurchase rate for outers according to target
  • Closes the sale and recording orders in the platform
  • Expands the client database by sending information to the Sales Representative – Level 1
  • Involves and activates in the program the personal networking according to Training Strategy
  • Reports in application all the results achieved
  • Daily cash deposit
  • Report all the OOS situation on the device
  • Gets continuously adults smokers’ feedback
  • Knows daily & monthly target
  • Provides integrity of all materials that are in the custody
  • Makes forecast and send refill stock order
  • At the end of activation ensure that all the materials are returned in good condition
