For a company specialized in production, programing, sales, installation and service for gaming industry (slots, gaming stations), a leader in their industry, we are recruiting the right person for the ACCOUNT MANAGER (with a major component in account management, but also responsible for new client acquisition), in Bucharest and neighbouring area.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing successful business cooperation, in order to build and maintain clients’ interest and satisfaction in the company’s products ;
- Collects and reports relevant market information ;
- Achieve sales objectives ;
- Maintains good relationship with assigned clients ;
- Attracts the potential client’s attention and turn that interest into sales ;
- Identifies and anticipates the client needs ;
- Evaluates the customer potential within allocated area and identifying new business opportunities and challenges ;
- Monitors market evolution in terms of consumption habits of the customers as well as competition activities ;
- Regular customer visits ;
- Runs accurate activity reporting ;
- Occasional travel in the allocated territory.
- Higher education ;
- Fluency in English at intermediate-advanced level (written and spoken) with good communication skills; capacity to argument/ convince ;
- Ability to build rapport and trust, in an excellent manner, with a friendly and informative approach;
- Highly customer-focused, resilient, capable to remain calm in conflict situations ;
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position in a commercial environment (field sales, customer care, account management);
- Computer skills – intermediate/advanced: Word, Excel;
- Adaptable person, proactive, with flexible thinking and initiative ;
- Driving license B category – mandatory ;
- Prioritizes and multitask ;
