Purpose of the function:
Execution of external sales activities for obtaining logistics assignments, gather as much information about the possible logistics prospects.

Tasks:
1. market research
2. clients approach
3. reporting results
4. communication with inside support team
5. account management
6. Miscellaneous

Specific responsibilities:
1. Alert and anticipate on developments in the market, identifying / targeting potential clients.
2. Make telephone or personal contact with prospects in order to sell the services.
3. Follow results of contact with customers, completing visit reports
4. Supporting quotation process with information about client and perspectives.
5. Keeping contact for a number of accounts, adequately respond to complaints up to a certain moment of collaboration.
6. Flexible implementation of assigned activities that are part of the function and its objective.

Job requirements:

  1. Level of education: at least Bachelor Commercial economics
  2. At least 2 years experience in direct sales
  3. Advanced sales and negotiating skills, new prospects and acquisition, B2B sales techniques
  4. Proven record in market prospecting and closing commercial deals in time vs target
  5. Good oral and written command of Romanian and English language
  6. Good knowledge of modern software, driving license B with minimum experience
  7. Communication and social skills
  8. Behavioral competencies: Can do attitude, drive for results, customer focus
