The new Molson Coors Shared Service Center, located in the Global City Business Park of Bucharest – (Pipera area) - will house the teams responsible for the execution and handling of specific operational tasks  - such as Accounting, Financial and Human Resources - for the Molson Coors group across the world.

In 2016 Molson Coors started operations of the SSC with the aim of becoming one of the best Shared Service Centers in Romania. This SSC will support Molson Coors globally in areas like HR, Financial and Accounting.

A few key things you’ll be responsible for:   

  • Timely and accurate input of relevant business data into SAP or reporting systems.
  • Prepare and upload any required mass data in SAP / reporting systems and validate accuracy. 
  • Run standard and non-standard high quality reports as required.   
  • Identify areas for improved efficiency while ensuring business needs continue to be satisfied. 
  • Create/Maintain standardized documentation for workflow processes for commercial or supply chain activities. 
  • Work with master data team to ensure any changes are reflected in and aligned to key business reports
  • Support the development and issuing of reports
  • Escalation of issues in a timely manner for prompt resolution


And now the qualifications:

  • 2 years of administration experience in suitable CPG or other relevant industry. 
  • SAP and Excel VBA experience is preferred
  • Broad-based experience and expertise in supply chain and/or commercial environment
  • Ability to understand “end to end” impacts of Business Processes and Data across the Enterprise and changes to these
  • Requires a good understanding of the internal function of business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • English required
