We have a challenging opportunity for an ambitious and motivated sales quality controller to join our Sales and Marketing team and work from our modern office in Timisoara. You will be responsible of sales quality controls and support the sales teams in the Nordic countries on operational tasks together with the Sales Controller function. Working language is English.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following areas:

  • Conduct a monthly internal quality control of closed sales processes in the Nordic countries
  • Ensure that deviances are reported and followed up in due time
  • Assist in quality assurances
  • Propose measures to optimize the quality control process, tools and guidelines
  • Prepare and implement materials and guidelines to improve the quality methodologies
  • Offer support on operational sales activities
  • Organizes and performs quality coaching sessions with the CRM users
  • Participates in the process of creating Nordic templates and sales SOPs
  • Assist in project related tasks
  • Administrative tasks and other ad hoc activities

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor degree within Business and Administration(BBA)/ Economics or related fields
  • 1-2 years of working experience in the field
  • A professional and commercial understanding for sales processes
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Google apps skills
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to give clear and precise feedback
  • Organized and structured mindset
  • Eye for details, proactive and service-minded
  • Motivated self-starter, able to be highly productive working alone or in a team
