• Bachelor degree is required.
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience and success in transport/logistics services sale /or key client management , preferably in contrainerized transportation industry.
• Solid exposure and knowledge of Romania import business, trading, logistics and transportation market.
• An inspiring team leader. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent but teamworker, creative and resourceful.
• Persuasive, self-motivated and positive.
• Excellent negotiation, sales and analytical skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• PC skills and experience in working with informatic systems.
• Availability for business trips.
Job's key responsibilities:
• Manage and organize sales and marketing activities, lead and drive performance to ensure volume target accomplishment.
• Actively participate in business planning and implementing the sales strategy.
• Monitor performance against KPI and take corrective action where necessary.
• Organize and undertake in a sustained way networking activities such as phones, visits and meetings with clients, in order to negotiate the transport services offered.
• Supervises the quality assurance of pre and post sales services.
• Ensure systematic follow-up of offers, permanent contact with the client, leading the negotiations with the client up to the moment of contract closing.
• Processing of the relevant market data/observation of the trend (customers and competitors).
• Be on the lookout for any new project development on the market and set proper targeting strategy with the sales team.
• Establish a close partnership with Customer Service and Supply Chain department, in order to further enhance collaboration and facilitate the cooperation between the teams, ensuring the best solutions for clients's needs.
• Prepares various reports and analyses.
