Responsibilities and Tasks:
As a Sales Manager you organize, efficiently manage and perform the entire sales activities in the area of Waste Recycling with the aim to continuously strengthen and expand the market position of TOMRA Recycling in Southeastern Europe (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Albania and Greece).
You search for and proactively identify potential customers within the waste recycling industry, build relationships with enterprises and institutions and offer them customized solutions – developing both new business and expanding existing business, including coordination of Agents and Distributors.
Your responsibility covers the area of Waste Recycling and Sorting, by taking full responsibility of the area sales and marketing budget.
In addition, you represent the company to the outside world by taking part in fairs and conferences and you act as an active member of the global Sales Recycling team by working closely and trustfully together with the Regional Sales Director Europe.
In this versatile and responsible position you act from Home Office and report to the Global Sales Director Europe, located in Germany.
Based on a commercial, technical or economics degree (preferably Master level) or alternatively a technical training, you have already gained more than 5 years of professional experience in a similar position in the sales of technical equipment within the Environmental Services industry - ideally Waste Recycling.
Experience in successful selling large sophisticated capital equipment or experience with selling long project sales cycles or experience with sales of technical equipment would be a plus.
You are fluent in English and Hungarian or Romanian and you have experience working in an international environment. The nature of this position is international, willingness to travel is a prerequisite.
Because of your professional and convincing appearance you are a valued and respected partner for customers in the Environmental Services industry.
Based on your analytical approach and strong commercial skills you have a proven track record of successful contract negotiation . A strong focus on results and the will to work independently are part of your personality.
