The main responsabilities are:

Active sales
• Actively searches for prospective customers by using company’s customer base, social networks, personal contacts and other sources of customer acquisition
• Strategically targets the corporate clients, maps the companies and establishes professional relationships with decision makers
• Works on recurrent sales to existing customers aiming to increase event frequency
• Identifies customers’ needs and creates attractive business proposals for potential customers
• Logs full information about customers in the CRM system
• Increases the average check per client and event’s average check by selling additional services in compliance with current approved list of additional services
• Searches for new possibilities, methods, and sources of customer acquisition
• Analyses the events profitability and the sales system efficiency and timely reports to the management

Event management and administration
• Timely answers to the customers’ requests
• Books the events in the CRM system, inserting all event details
• Prepares the contracts, quotations and any other documents necessary for the event, including tender submissions
• Timely collects the payments for the event according to the company’s policy
• Ensures that customers understand studio’ regulations, rules and restrictions
• Notifies all the relevant departments about any non-standard event details and any changes
• Ensures the compliance of the documents with the company’s regulations                

Requirements:
• University degree;
• At least 2 years in Sales Manager position;
• Previous experience in developing interpersonal relationships with buyers from international and local accounts;
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, able to build strong working relationship and influencing with customers and internal teams;
• Strong understanding of sales strategy and planning issues;
• Result oriented and self-motivating;
• Analytical thinking;
• Open-mind, good communicator (written, verbal, non-verbal) without pattern in the way of action and communication;
• Very good computer skills.
