  • University Degree with a good academic record;
    • The candidate must have passed the final exam;
  • At least 2 years professional experience in sales related positions;
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Internet-based programs;
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills (proficient in English) as the position involves interacting with international, high-profile clients;
  • Analytical skills and able to quickly analyze large quantities of information in order to provide appropriate responses within very short time frames;
  • Ability to work on the night shift (4PM-1AM);
  • Leadership skills in order to interact with multiple departments at the same time and different psychological profiles;



  • Responsible for supporting the growth of prospective and/or current Accounts as assigned by the Sales Manager;
    • Includes, but not limited to: first point of contact for designated clients, participates and organizes video-conferences and phone calls;
  • Processes new job orders in accordance with internal rules and policies;
  • Quality Control of placements, ensuring all information is accurate and constantly updated;
    • Includes, but not limited to: processing of accounting related information corresponding to each placement, documentation drafting and updating;
  • First point of contact for Candidates, providing all required information;
  • Monitors and supports the Onboarding Process by closely working with the Human Resources Department;
  • Research various locations and markets;
  • Other Support Functions;
