Job Description :

  • Build and align with Sales and Trade Marketing methodology ( clear set of KPI’s : Availability,Share of Shelf,Share of Forwad Stock, Secondary Placements,Scoring Reports,etc) - execution
  • Continuous follow-up for perfect implementation of the methodology, including market visits - execution
  • Responsible for data and correct uncertain data - execution
  • Responsible for delivery on time, for all the reports and presentations, including highlights  to all the stakeholders – execution
  • Based on results, propose to sales action plans in order to improve execution
  • Analyze and provide a relevant customer base for monitoring in the market – being informed and execution
  • Contract negotiations in order to maximize our benefits - execution
  • Internal follow-up for processes build to improve sales KPI’s and performance:
  • Provide support for all department’s projects in place (follow-up tools, reports, data analysis,etc) - execution
  • Build, analyze and deliver results for Customer Segmentation process – being informed and execution
  • Analyze overall performance for each county ( DSD or Distributor)  with internal standard tools - execution
  • Build and deliver model in order to make the Route Engineering reviews and rerouting – execution:
  • Design and implement GTM Routing model in for all DSD routes, sites aiming to address our KPI’s growth requirements also by delivering productivities through Territory Planner tool
  • Based on several KPI’s will propose frequency/number of visits per customer segment
  • Create support model for Route Engineering in care of distributor’s dedicated routes
  • Analyze overall performance for each county ( DSD or Distributor)  with internal standard tools - execution
  • Produce all required reports that will monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the new routes for all sites on a period basis: route compliance

Requirements :

  • University degree
  • Previous experience in sales would be a plus
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent project management skills , strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize projects, and process multiple tasks as required
  • Persuasive communication and team work skills;
  • Fluency in  English language skills (speaking, writing, reading);
  • Very good PC skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook;
