Job Summary

We are now looking for an Integration Engineer to analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system. Your scope of work could include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality and capacity.  Your work will in part form our customer legacy. 

 

Responsibilities & Tasks

Developing strategies to control the lifecycle of the project and make them progress smoothly.

 Ensure that duties, equipment, data, and resources align with each other

 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

 Keep in touch with customers to define project requirements, volume, and goals

 Ensure the project lives up to customers’ expectations

 Assist in project planning, scheduling and budgeting

 Follow up on project’s progress, resolve any problems that arise

 Report adequately on project status

 Keep tabs on working hours, budget, and plans

 Update job knowledge

 Schedule and attend meetings, making reports on them

 Monitor work performance

 Work with resource manager/departments heads to acquire project team

 Create, schedule and assign tasks

Main activities

Work with team to make sure that project is on track, to remove impediments, provide resources and data needed

 Track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits

 Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

 Collect management requirements and transform it into projects pipeline

 Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects pipeline

 Based on provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks

 Work with team on project work to keep project going according to schedule

 Communicate to the management changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

 Track and analyze project performance, cost performance, schedule and report to the management

 on the changes project scope, project schedule, and project costs, being able to suggest the improvements to all the above.

 Participate in team’s performance reviews

 Perform quality assurance

 Responsible to create work breakdown structure (WBS) - translate requirements into tasks
