GREAT NEWS!!! We are expanding our team and we are looking for a RESEARCHER/ JUNIOR RECRUITER, to join the business and contribute to its success!

As a RESEARCHER/ JUNIOR RECRUITER you'll work closely with senior recruitment consultants/Business Unit Manager.

Your job will involve collecting, analyzing and presenting data for various jobs and companies. Your research data will help Consultants to market their vacancies, to gain the best possible response from the clients, to obtain meetings with customers, to post jobs to relevant boards, to manage the ads, to prepare the candidates’ profiles and to apply different tests to the candidates.

You will utilize all applicable resources to build initial list of potential candidates, provide short-list of qualified and interested candidates to the Senior Consultants, keep them fully informed and up-to-date on progress, metrics, etc. on each requisition/assignment.

For each research project, you will be expected to develop a recruitment strategy together with the Senior Consultants or Business Unit Manager, to compile reports, and then summarize the data gathered ensuring the best possible accuracy.

PROFILE:

  • More than 2 years of work experience (including internships and volunteer programs)
  • Very good level of English; the fluency in other language will be a real asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer focus and a very good team player
  • Have a great organizational and administrative skills
  • Highly proficient in navigating the internet from a researcher perspective
  • Autonomy, initiative, curiosity and strong knowledge of the social web will be especially appreciated

DESIRABLE

  • Background in Recruitment / Familiarity with administrative and recruitment processes
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, research position, specifically in a marketing, market research, sales support, lead generation, social media, or customer service role.
  • Well versed in Social Media (able to demonstrate knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Facebook, etc.)
