We are currently looking for 4 new Representatives for the sales/recruitment activity in Romania, who can work as independent collaborators. 

 

MP Sales Representative Job Duties:

·         Responsible for the promotion and presentation of company´s recruitment services and projects to doctors (dentists, family doctors specialists/ general practitioners and other specialities)

·         Coordinates his/her activity in territory to achieve the company goals

·         Maintains the relationship with existing candidates and build a new portfolio with potential candidates

·         Closes mediation contracts with candidates for the jobs available in Belgium and France

·         Update the online candidate data base and other reporting tools

·         Periodical reporting to the direct manager

 

Skills/Qualifications:

·         Sales and/or recruitment experience needed

·         Previous exposure to the medical/pharmaceutical field needed

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong research skills and networking

·         Very good negotiating skills

·         Responsible, flexible, persuasive

·         Proactive, focused on results, time management skills, self-starter

·         Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Internet

·         Fluency in English

·         Mobility required
