Part of GFI's Sales department, this full-time role will be integral to the sales renewal process of the organization. Responsible for making targeted calls each day, maintaining and tracking renewal leads activity. To excel in this exciting team need to have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a professional customer focus and the proven ability to work in a team environment.
Among other duties, position involves dealing with English-speaking customers via email and over the phone. To qualify, you therefore need to be fluent in both written and spoken English. Any other language will be considered an asset.
Your enthusiasm and drive are more important to us than previous experience although candidates with customer service or call centre experience will be highly regarded.
