Main purpose of the job:
Act as insurance business partner for the bank’s employees in the allocated bank branches with the scope of increasing insurance business penetration in bank’s portfolio, building customer experience for own customers based on a trusted relationship with bank employees.
As a Relationship Manager for Insurance Business the main job responsibilities are:
Coach, train and advise bank personnel for selling and servicing insurance products
Strengthen overall bank relationship via cross selling for complex insurance products that require extensive after sales support.
Being the Eurolife insurance advisor of Bank staff, thus increase the company's awareness throughout the Bank's organization
Increasing Eurolife’s portfolio with their own clientele
Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line growth customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Evaluate customer’s needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
Research account and generate or follow through sale leads.
Meet personal and team sales targets
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings in order to be updated with the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Clear Activity Management methodology in place (daily reporting)
Scheduled visits in every onsite branch at least one time per week.
Focus on quality of service (new customers acquisition and retention of existing customers)
After sales services provided to each customer by insurance advisor
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Relevant sales experience (financial industry experience would be an advantage)
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven
Ability to deliver under pressure to short deadlines and cope with changing priorities
Should be quick learner & proactively take ownership
Part from fixed routine responsibilities, the candidate needs to be quick enough to address the adhoc requests coming from the management or peers
