Purpose:

  • Efficiency of the recruitment process to ensure the employment and loyalty of the most suitable candidates for the company's vacancies and in accordance with its culture and policies
  • Establish and coordinate company’s training programs

Tasks:

  • Continuous study of recruitment trends and their adaptation to the specifics of the company
  • Elaboration of recruitment tools and methods to ensure the attraction and loyalty of the most suitable candidates according to the real needs of the firm
  • Promoting the company's image through transparency, confidentiality and real-time reporting
  • Coordinating employee training and development
  • Permanent assessment of staff training needs related to the company's overall objectives
  • To plan employee training and training programs
  • Creating, together with the operational managers, the career plans and the professional development of the employees within the company

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in socio human sciences
  • Specializations in human resources (certified courses, master)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment and / or selection position; Relevant experience in collaborating with recruitment companies;
  • Good oral and written command of Romanian and English language
  • Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and skills of psychological evaluation
  • Communication skills, ability to work independently
  • Analysis and synthesis capacity
  • Communication and social skills
