Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

  • Assign team resources, allocated budget, schedule and deliverables;
  • Proactive identify risks and identify solution together with the delivery and the recruitment team;
  • Facilitate and ensure timely reviews of process outcomes and improvement/change initiatives;
  • Ensure recruitment teams execute processes according to standard methods or approved procedures;
  • Monitor and analyze client and customer satisfaction through available escalation/complaint tools;
  • Support recruiting and interviewing potential new team members;
  • Monitor and manage team goals and performance;
  • Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.; 
  • Follow the client demand and ensure the targets are reached;  
  • Distribute demand considering equity in the team and help with directions the recruiters for most efficient solutions;
  • Participate in recurrent calls with the client and ensure the reports is accurate   


Skills that make your work successful:

  • You have medium-advanced Italian skills and English Skills;
  • Typically 3 to 5 years work experience preferably with previous managerial experience;
  • Previous experience in business process areas (HR Recruitment);
  • Coaching/mentoring skills;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Ability to implement business solutions addressing specific needs of functional area or process, by researching Best Practices;
  • Ability to set and strive to achieve specific, measurable, and challenging goals;
  • Ability to implement new approaches, methods, alternatives, or solutions and identify potential impacts in their own as well as others area of responsibility;
  • Advanced knowledge of company standard software.  . email, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office Package;
