•Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview and hiring process (attract, select, interview, prepare, negotiate and extend offer);
•Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to develop hiring strategies;
•Offer qualitative feedback to hiring managers regarding the interviewed candidates;
•Market the company to candidates, exercising a strong sense of what sells in competitive markets and how to package our roles in a compelling way;
•Monitor progress against recruiting goals by reporting and ensuring data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System;
•Cover a complex recruitment portfolio from different area of business;
What you bring to the team
•2-4 years significant HR experience essential in a dynamic fast paced organization:
•Results-oriented, self-driven, self-confident and cope with changes;
•Experience managing multiple work streams, competing priorities, setting expectations, providing guidance and feedback;
•Ability to take initiative and think through problems creatively;
•Very good English level (spoken & written).
