Romania is planned to become one of the largest software R&D center of the Group in Europe , and therefore we are hiring a Recruitment Manager.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR Manager, you are in charge of all recruitment activities for the Romanian subsidiary. Your main activities are the following :

• Utilize both traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Oversee the recruitment process from opening a requisition to the contract signature. This includes networking, cold-calling, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates' applications, pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, phone and in-person interviews.
• Maintain a network and record of candidates using the company's applicant tracking system.
• Ensure that all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Create a strong, positive image of IDEMIA in the marketplace by building and managing strong relationships with candidates, external contacts, and vendors.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

Profile Requirements

As a Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources, you have a minimum experience of 2 years as a Recruitment Business Partner, Recruitment Manager or a similar role ideally in the IT Field. You also have the following required skills:

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• Excellent people skills and written communication
