 Job Description:

 

  1. Responsible for the recruitment strategy 
  • Elaborates the yearly country recruitment strategy
  • Follow-up of the strategy implementation
  1. Elaborates and implements employer branding strategy
  2. Coordinates the recruitment team 
  3. Delivers against headcount plan on time and on budget, managing workload across the team
  4. Actively involved in elaborating the staff strategy for potential clients;
  5. Responsible for the recruitment budget.
  6. Collaborates with the operations in order to offer the best staffing solution and meet the business needs.
