In order to enlarge our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated for a Recruiter position.
- Is responsible for recruiting qualified candidates using the most adequate methods and resources.
- Sources candidates by using databases, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conducts interviews with candidates for the vacant positions.
- Selects and assesses candidates accordingly to client’s needs and using the most appropriate assessment tools.
- Creates tailor made offers for clients, understanding clients’ needs and proposing the best way of satisfying them according with a win-win approach.
- Implements consultancy programmes.
- University degree
- Previous relevant working experience in human resources domain
- Strong motivation to work within human resources domain
- Advanced knowledge of English language
- Creative person with strong communication skills
- Good planning and organising skills
- Able to work independently and to cope with change
- Self-development oriented.
