Candidatul ideal

  • Educational requirements: University degree;
  • Work experience in the assistance field : min. 3 years;
  • Language skills: English fluent;
  • Computer skills : Microsoft Office /PowerPoint/Excel
  • Knowledge of various office equipment;
  • Broad experience in the organizational and administrative areas;
  • Strong skills to work in a professional manner with people, both internal and external;
  • Proficiency, ability for multitasking;
  • Proven experience in handling confidential and sensitive information;
  • Strong problem solving, scheduling, organization, public relations and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently, be versatile, be able to adapt to change and contribute as an effective team member;

  • Provides secretarial support for company’s office;
  • Organizes and maintains diary for the partners : schedules meetings and makes appointments, arranges video / conference calls, being responsible for the critical organization and prioritization;
  • Deals with incoming calls, emails, faxes for the company’s office;
  • Manages calls, enquiries and requests, using his/her knowledge of the organization , independently prioritizes, takes action, and/or redirects them as appropriate;
  • Coordinates preparation of letters and other specific documents related to company's office;
  • Organizes, maintains and archives relevant document, papers and electronic files
  • Assists in the preparation of technical presentations and other business-related documents;
  • Manages and carries-out specific small projects and researches, on request;
  • Executes various reports ( business-related, administrative, organizational), on request;
  • Handles confidential, sensitive information regarding business plans, personnel matters, etc.;
  • Stores, retrieves and integrates information for dissemination to various destinations;
  • Arranges partners travel and accommodation and, occasionally, takes notes at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
