Candidatul ideal

Excellent Communicator, Self-Starter, enjoys challenges.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English language.
Good computer literacy – including Microsoft Office packages and Internet Explorer.
Ability to work in an environment that is highly variable and that changes daily.
Ability to establish strong business relationships with internal partners, vendor team leaders.
Basic level of IT support knowledge (including an understanding of the importance for strict security access protocols, and basic understanding of infrastructure and Operating Systems).
Strong analytical skills to understand and help resolve unusual and varied facility problems.
Approachable, friendly and with a can-do attitude.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working in support of a dynamic supply chain environment.

Support with protocol activities as required by the management team.
Serve visitors, customers and candidates at the front desk.
Collect vendor invoices and coordinate financial data processing towards the finance team.
Manage existing documents and keep record of cash registry.
Act as a liaison between management, HR and client teams.
Organize on site activities (social events).
Provides guidance on applying administrative tasks.
Create reports and communicate specific data as required by the operational/management team.
