Our company, one of the top TV stations in Romania, is looking for a Receptionist.
•1 year of previous similar experience;
•Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), other office tools, internet;
•Excellent skills of writing and speaking in both English and Romanian;
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
•Dynamic, engaging and enthusiastic hardworking, very organized, outgoing, friendly, self-motivated, creative;
•Registers sorts and distributes internal and external correspondence;
•Greets, registers and directs the visitors. Ensures that all visitors are served when they need administrative assistance;
•Forwards verbal and written messages between people inside and outside the company;
•Checks availability for usage and keeps track of appointments made for meeting rooms;
•Is responsible with the procurement lists & process and collaborates with various suppliers for the resources needed;
•Collaborates daily with Accounting dept. for specific documents according to company's internal procedures;
•Performs specific administrative tasks: printing, scanning, reception / transmission of documents;
•Monitors the access in the reception area of the company, having control of all activities performed;
•Gathers information and translates specific materials demanded by management or direct supervisor.
