Job Description

  • Front Desk activities:

               - Answer and route phone calls and messages

              -  File, scan, register, fax, type paper documents

              -  Welcome company guests

  • Communicate internal messages to Allevo staff
  • Protocol activities
  • Help with logistics
  • Work by general office procedures and with equipment (printer, fax, xerox etc)

Job Requirements

  • English advanced level
  • Full time availability
  • Communication skills
  • Capability to work under stress/pressure
  • Basic PC knowledge: MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, computer search

Skill set (advantages)

  • Experience as front desk assistant in IT/Software company
  • Additional foreign languages
  • Driver’s license
