REAL ESTATE SALES BROKER

Job description :

Display, presents and market real estate property to possible buyers

Promote sales through open houses, advertisements and listing services

Determine client’s needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters

Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)

Maintain and update listings of available properties

Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors

Analysis of the real estate market supply and demand

Competitor analysis and proposal of proper marketing activities

Providing solutions for customers including identifying buyers

Prepare presentations and price offers to potential buyers

Establishing and maintaining commercial relationships with buyers

Monitoring the sale purchase contracts
 
 
Skills :

Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

Pleasant and trustworthy

MS Office familiarity

Excellent written and verbal communication in Romanian and English

English – advanced level

Driving license category B

Good organizer

Ability to work with deadlines

Experience in similar position
