- You are responsible for the sale of new real estate projects in your assigned region.
- You are responsible for all phases of the sales process: networking, building the client portfolio, analyzing customer needs, presenting the real estate according to the needs of the potential buyer, and closing sales.
- You provide your customers with creative and service-oriented support, and you create a climate of trust.
- You will be professionally supported by the Sales Manager, your colleagues and the management team.
- You defend the values and objectives of the company in the real estate sector with enthusiasm and passion
- You are able to work both independently and as a team.
- You have a higher degree, a Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree, preferably in an economic orientation.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the sales sector.
- You are fluent in English or French, knowledge of other languages is an asset.
