Job description (main tasks):

  • Provide end user system support (help desk) as related to QA IT systems
  • Work with IT to coordinate creation of user accounts
  • Assist with user account security administration
  • Set-up new accounts
  • User permission change requests
  • Help with security governance (oversight and change)
  • System expansions to new sites
  • Process improvement

Candidate Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
  • GxP training will be considered a benefit
  • Nice to have CCNA/CCNP Certifications
  • Good experience with Dassault Qumas system for QA management or similar EDMS & EQMS platforms
  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support
  • Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
  • Experience working with Active Directory and system administration experience


  • Strong technical background and ability to explain complex information in simple
  • Working knowledge of the English language, written and verbal
  • Ability to assess customers IT knowledge and provide appropriate support
  • Customer service orientation and proven customer service skills
  • Skill in analysing and troubleshooting problems, identifying potential solutions, recommending and implementing methods, procedures and/or techniques for resolution
  • Skills in communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Good interpersonal skills
