• Previous experience in the Customer Service field;
• Previous experience on a similar role is considered an advantage;
• Good insight of the IT Outsourcing business and previous experience in similar organizational environments;

• Monitoring and documenting call and ticket accuracy;
• Analyzing trends and patterns of quality KPIs at individual and team level;
• Preparing reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities;
• Analyzing and providing feedback on complaints and quality checks to the agents and client;
• Being responsible for customer satisfaction survey analysis, including trending and evaluating audit findings;
• identifying areas for improvement, run root cause analysis;
• Identifying training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards;
