Job Description:


Quality Manager in Accounts: Within this job you will focus on implementing and monitoring of all quality aspects within IT Outsourcing contracts:

  • Successful realization of IT outsourcing contracts through monitoring, review and follow up of agreed measures addressing quality within the contracts of our Region as a member of the team.
  • Efficient use of resources and implementation of Atos relevant standards in contracts
  • The target is to secure on-going, standardized and up to date quality information flow from the account service team to the responsible management and by this means enable the management to track the status of accounts and take necessary decision regarding all quality aspects.
  • Sharing of common knowledge, lessons learnt and best practices through an effective knowledge management system and community regarding quality.
  • Executing the assurance function on accounts, within the framework of Quality in accounts under the guidance of Quality in accounts process owner
  • Providing to senior management impartial, balanced and fact based assessments concerning the status and quality level of accounts by using checklists.
  • Making recommendations for quality, mitigating risks, addressing issues, and customer satisfaction improvement regarding accounts
  • Reporting on the status of Division’s running contracts by periodically organized reviews.
  • Working with Account Service Teams within the reviews, to organize, perform, document Quality
  • Follow up on actions and monitoring of task lists
  • Monitor and improve the overall Quality process
  • Documenting common knowledge, lessons learnt and best practices.
  • Identifying and implementing new and innovative initiatives in order to continually enhance the value Quality provides to the business.

You will work together with the Account Service Teams in countries in Central and Eastern Europe and you will be part of the management reviews, where the milestone/quality gates approvals are decided.


Through your willingness to learn, targeted training, on-the-job training and our structured approach, you will extend the lessons learned from the previously analyzed accounts, continuously improving your know-how and knowledge and sharing them with the colleagues from Central and Eastern Europe.


Job Requirements:


Education: Graduate of Polytechnic or University or Computer since with relevant technical or business background and deep technical understanding;


Professional experience:

Have relevant IT and business background and IT understanding.

You should have at least 4 years of relevant work experience. Experience in at least 4 of the following areas is a prerequisite for us:

  • Working as a Quality Manager within IT
  • Experience in Implementing Quality standards within an IT organisation
  • Good knowledge on different standards
  • Able to create and support creation of work procedures
  • Knowledge or experience in Project management methodologies
  • Knowledge in a company standard departments structure
  • Provides basic guidance in the interpretation of relevant national or international standards (. ISwith respect to the quality system.
  • Within a supervised environment, carries out assignments of an investigative nature into the quality aspects of any type of development project or service delivery function.
  • Reviews new or amended standards, procedures and other processes checking for compliance against the quality system, and external standards where appropriate.
  • Provides basic advice and guidance on the development, documentation and application of standards, procedures and other quality managed processes.
  • Assists in conducting audits, according to agreed plans and in line with organisational standards, to assess compliance with the organisation's quality system and relevant quality plans.
  • Assists in analysing the results of audits against the organisation's quality system and relevant quality plans, recommending corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Provides basic advice and guidance on the development, documentation and application of standards, procedures and other quality managed processes.
  • Assists with the co-ordination of corrective action required following an external/internal quality audit.


    ITIL certification is a plus;

    Good understanding of outsourcing services is a plus.
