Your chalenge  

QM System:

  • Implementing and optimizing of all WSD standards within all BU TCC
  • Performing internal system, process as well project audits
  • Ensuring the implementation of all IATF standard changes within BU
  • Develop tools for continuous improvement
  • Support of plant sections during external system audits
  • Creating KPI reports

Tools and Methods:

  • Implementing and training of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) approach of projects
  • Maintaining and training of core tool like BOS, Glide-Path, Pareto analysis, 3x5 Why
  • Continuous improvement of prevention by FMEA, Evaluation Matrix and RR
  • Responsible for extension of quality system based on CSR

Warranty Claim Management:

  • Developing and maintaining of the global warranty claim approach
  • Performing deep dive analysis with external laboratories
  • Reporting of relevant KPIs
  • Interface to customers

Product Safety Officer

  • Responsible for product safety concerns acc. VA 3163

  Your profile  

  • Engineering degree of an accredited university or similar
  • Bachelor in engineering (3-year degree or similar) required, Master in engineering (5-year degree or similar) preferred
  • Several years’ experience in quality environment harness manufacturing
  • Solid knowledge of ISO IATFAIAG/QS9000 and OEM specific requirements (PACCAR/DAF, VOLVO, Daimler, Caterpillar and more)
  • Proficient in common problem solving tools
  • High level of

         - customer orientation,          - social and intercultural competence,          - individual responsibility,          - team player, assertiveness,          - ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure,          - willingness to travel international abroad

  • Independent working ethos in a global environment
  • Able to communicate with all current tools
  • Fluent in English
  • French, Spanish or German is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills
