HUAWEI Global Service Center Romania, or HUAWEI GSC Romania, is a complex structure including Global Network Operation Center (GNOC), Remote Delivery Center (RDC), Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) and Regional Spare Parts Center.

Global Network Operations Center offers oversight of problems, configuration and change management, network security, performance and policy monitoring, reporting, quality assurance, scheduling, and documentation by utilizing sophisticated network management, monitoring and analysis tools.

Remote Delivery Center business goals are: remote delivery of network rollout & integration and of Network Planning & Optimization Service, establish business rules for remote delivery, guarantee smooth implementation of remote delivery, provide high-quality, efficient, and secure services to regions, and be accountable for remote delivery results.

Job Title                 : QA Engineer / Assistant QA Engineer

Dept/Division         : Huawei GSC Romania

Reporting to            : Q&A Manager

Qualification           : Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology/ Computer Science, Cybernetics, Quality surveying, Mathematics, Business studies or other related fields

  1. Primary Function


  Establish, manage, review and improve the operation in the IT/Telecom O&M areas.

  Be responsible for defining, analyzing and reengineering key processes and procedures

  SLA/KPI/KCP management of GNOC projects.

  Provide guidance to ensure the projects are conducted in compliance with the maintenance & operation and planning & engineering processes, and TL9000 / ISITIL / eTOM requirements so as to ensure internal controls are in place and operating effectively

  1. Job Requirement and Working Experience

  5 years practical experience in IT/Telecommunications industry.  

  Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC operations, eTOM, ITIL, ISHSAS18001, IT/Telecoms network performance management & reporting, transformation management.

  Familiar with O&M of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors.

  Quality Auditor certificate would be added advantage.

  Good command in English (spoken & written).

  Business trip may be required occasionally.

  For candidate will less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Engineer.
