Day to day responsibility of QC Coordinator’s activities include:
Participation with pre-construction activities, such as schedule development, estimate development, procurement support, support for QC procedures set up
Support to QA/QC Manager for leading the site Quality Control activities.
Interfaces with operations, client and site Quality Assurance/Control staff to ensure Quality objective are met.
Site control of implementation of the ASME and Regulatory Quality Control system.
Support to QA/QC Manager for implements project Control program at site.
Develops with QA/QC Manager assistance special Quality Controls procedures
Provide technical and administrative direction to the field staff.
Coordinate inspection and test groups.
Supervise QC activities at site to insure the Quality Control functions supports the construction effort in accordance with the schedule and in compliance with the Project Objectives, Schedules, Specifications, Procedures, Plans, Requirements and Directives.
Supervises and audit the subcontractor Quality Control
Supervise and audits internal aspect of environment Safety, Material Handling and Storage, Document Control and Quality Program.
Committed to project Safety, Health, Environmental, Security, socioeconomic and Quality requirement
Provide the leadership for his responsibilities and is accountable for the results.
Function as Key Team Member within a Team environment with every decision based on what is best for the TEAM.
Quality Control Coordinator shall have demonstrated knowledge and training in the ISO-9000 Series International standards, or equivalent. He shall be able to exercise judgment against the criteria of the standards.
Quality Control Coordinator shall have a university degree or equivalent and a total of five years in Quality Control system activities (Coordination) experience or a high school diploma with a total of seven years of coordination. As minimum, he shall have 3 years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, infrastructure, communication).
Candidates should have minimum 7/8 years of experience in related field.
Mandatory previous experience in the same role (or similars) in international projects Oil and Gas and/or Pipeline Project.
Mandatory the knowledge of English language. The knowledge of ROK regulation and russian is a plus but not mandatory.
