Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Project Support Professional to secure that customer business is correctly executed in SAP ONE in compliance with Ericsson’s processes and directives, this includes ensuring proper setup of Customer Projects  and other Deliverables (Fulfillment Assignments) in SAP ONE, securing data integrity for contract accounting and supporting the Delivery Responsible (Customer Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Program Director, Managed Services Chief Operating Officer) with Local Governance and other relevant matters.

Responsibilities:

    • Create Invoice in ONE  22
    • Create Projects in SAP ONE (mainly WBS, SO, other)
    • Register and verify Customer POs in CPOR
    • You will set up Fulfillment Assignments in ONE
    • Monitor and Analyze Fulfillment Assignments in ONE
    • Maintain and Close Fulfillment Assignments in ONE

      Key Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant professional experience.
    • Min years of experience: 1 (preferable in a multinational environment, in Project, Operations, Financial / Backoffice departments)
    • Proficiency in English;  Good command of a secondary European language is a plus
    • Advanced Excel competences
    • Analytical and financial skills
    • SAP or similar tool knowledge is a plus
    • Strong interpersonal abilities
    • Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands
    • Business & Result Oriented
    • Abilities to meet deadlines, challenging workloads and focus on end result
