You will work almost exclusively online, in our intranet. As this is a full-time employment opportunity, you will be located in our main office, downtown Bucharest. There is also the option for remote work following a period of training.
This challenging position allows you to interact with both suppliers and customers of Serious Business. You will benefit from a strong IT infrastructure properly configured to allow you to maximize the client investment and supplier expectations.

Here are a few of your daily tasks:
•Project analysis, including text evaluation and file formatting;
•Customer relations and support via e-mail, phone, meeting or online tools;
•Resources management including team selection, training and ranking;
•Establish customer requirements and negotiate delivery conditions with corporate customers
•Create and maintain translation memories
•Issue and negotiate order forms with translator providers and establish execution conditions
•Assemble, check and deliver translated files
Desired Skills and Experience
Strong English language skills. Being native in Romanian is a mandatory condition.
Advanced MS Office operating abilities, including desktop publishing
Experience in using file conversion software.
Knowledge of CAT tools and experience in using them.
Proven negotiation abilities.
Result oriented and high focus on details.
Previous experience in Human Resources or Translation is an advantage.
